This is a strange situation, the first I’ve experienced in over 10,000 sales, and now I understand that the order should be confirmed before the item is delivered; that would protect me, next time I will do so. But it seems like many sellers could be scammed in the same way. After a buyer cancels a transaction, the money shouldn’t be refunded immediately, or the seller should be able to complain about the cancellation, just like a buyer can when their order is confirmed without the item being delivered.
