Problems with my purchase

I bought a key for Overwatch almost 16 hours ago and i don´t receive nothing.Why is pending? I dont understand nothing. I received the notification in my paypal account. I send a ticket to "support@gameflip.zendesk.com" but no response. I´m worried about my money. Any can help me?
