I sell gift codes that I know are 100% legit but I am getting disputes for redeemed codes and every time it happens I notice there was a cancellation for the same amount so I suspect these cancelled buyers still got the code. I keep writing to support but getting no replies. One of my disputes is over a week old…
I’m hoping support will see this and fix this bug because I am losing money and reputation because of that.
