Hey, i bought a pubg pgi title gift card from a buyer with 6 ratings. He gave me a code which has already been redeemed. I talked with him. He says “you are scummer”. I have a video which shows that code has already been redeemed and items are not in my inventory. But he says “you claimed the code on your another account lmao”. My order is under dispute ,i am depressed. I don’t know what to do. What else i can do to prove that i’m not the scummer. I need help 
Please wait for support to investigate your dispute. Do not cancel/close/resolve the dispute, because this will finalize the purchase and you will not get a refund. If you haven’t already, you can use the message box on the order page to upload additional screenshots to prove the codes don’t work. If you want a moderator to look at your case then post your invite code.
