Selling on hold for days

Hi! The order e64844ed-0896-4b02-a5e8-7b911a50bf88 is on hod for days because buyer claims the code didn’t work. I have video proof of the whole process of buying and sending the code. I bought the codes directly from Amazon seconds before sending. Reading the ratings on buyer’s profile it is clear that when selling, he asks the buyers to rate first and also is one of those who sends half codes, wich is clearly a suspect behavior.

I’m available to send any other proof of how I get the cards.
