As a seller i can’t deal with most “on hold” orders , sometime i see no reply from both support “after more than 3 days” and the buyers so it looks like i’m gonna wait forever , i canceled an order before because of this and i just lost my card, and now there is another one redeemed the code i gave to him then he requested to hold the transaction and he don’t reply to my messages so how to deal with them ??
