Is the payout system going to stay like this forever or is this something temporary because no one wants payouts that needs more than 7 days to get your money. Bad business for traders with that much delay

Temporary. Today we got a reply from the Paypal team and we’re likely to pay all pending payouts from the past week this Friday.
