Sold Google play gift cards and have never received my money
Said it was sent to PayPal but it’s never showed up there

Make sure you actually did sell the gift cards going to “listings>sold” and verify if the listings does appears there marked as sold.

If you just received a comment on your listing telling you that you “sold” and needed to send the codes and you did, then you were scammed by an user impersonating Gameflip.
