I’ve been trying to submit a good rating on a recent transaction but for some reason it will not go through. The screen turns gray then it gets stuck in a endless loading cycle.

Temporary solution: just leave it, it’ll auto rate in 3 days

The app’s still a little buggy. I was getting constant “cannot connect to network” errors trying to print out shipping labels and missed a pick-up time because of it. I know it wasn’t my internet connection because the same device was streaming online music at the time. My guess is the app servers may be getting a bit bogged down during peak usage times.
Kudos to you though for trying to rate a seller quickly and release their funds.
Hopefully more buyers will follow your lead because I’ve had more than a few transactions where I waited the full 72 hours before funds were released.
