I just had a seller cancel my purchase after 2-3 days of waiting for delivery. His comments indicated he wanted to trade, but he never added me on Steam, and there was no communication regarding any problems with adding me on Steam. So I don’t feel like the seller made a real effort to get me the item.
Because it never got to the delivery phase, I can’t rate the seller, so I would suggest that this option be added for buyers who have their transaction cancelled by the seller.
