Gameflip team my suggestion for you is that " Please show ticker on forum or zendesk website of gameflip that which ticket numbers are you solving at time when someone open forum or zendesk. it will help buyers and sellers to see how much far there ticket is or how much time it will take to solve ticket. it will also reduce non forum releated posts about scams. which means everyone will be patient for their ticket.you are programmers and you can do this even you can give range of tickets your team is solving".
