i suggest you PM a screenshot of your bank statement to the moderator you have been talking to, if you still believe they owe you money.
Well i did that aswell, too many times. They saw the payment, and they saw that there was no 4 digit even. Still no help. Just empty jokes.
I have explained this to you many times and you are confused with refund.
Please contact your back regarding this because this was a void. Inform them to verify for a void and not a refund.
Everything is ok on our side regarding this, your bank might take longer to wait waits for the authorization hold to expire before the cancellation is reflected on your statement.
