Got an e-mail yesterday, about the “returning of my money”. It is beyond 24 hours, still not in my bank account. (My messages are just reminders for the process, if anyone gets same problem in future.)
Now, it is beyond 48 hours. They are not responding to my messages. 48 hours ago, they said “we will be paying back the money” via e-mail, and still nothing is happening. 6 dollars are not that big of a money but it’s not about the size of money. As i said they are not responding to my messages.
Yeah, now it is official. They are bunch of scammers, they will not pay attention, if you are having troubles, if your money is stuck and not turning back like 5-6 days, while your payment shows “cancelled” on site. Nice cancellation! It is so easy to cancel orders for the admins, as they got your payment that they don’t deserve and won’t give back.
Well i could just spend my amount if there was 4 digits in my bill. But … you gameflip
When you got the refund email, the refund did happen, but your bank can take several days to process it:

Also, the refund into your account happens in approximately 3–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated (This time frame all depends on your bank and how it handles these transactions).

We will verify your issue further to get this fixed ASAP but in the meanwhile, please verify if the payment did come in a form of reversal:
In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
It can’t be a reversal, i am using a bank card, not credit card.
It is already like 20 days. Every1 was saying 7-10 days. So it is clear, you are saying “it should last maximum 10 days.” But it is ALREADY. I’m STILL having the problem, and only getting responses if i am lucky enough! Please do it ASAP like you said.
Just checked your purchase here and it says that you did use a credit card.
Could you please inform through PM, the bank card that you are referring to with the last 4 digits?
Also, did you verify with your bank what is holding the refund into your account?

Spoke with my bank again, they said there’s no refund awaits for my bank account. And said, “if they can give the receipt about the refund, you can bring us that, to consider the situation.”

Instead, the original charge will be deleted from your statement as soon as your bank completes the declined charge process. Most banks complete this process immediately.
Some banks do not support manual authorization hold requests. Please note that the final decision to release the funds prior to the authorization expiration date is always made by the issuing bank.
In cases such as this, the issuing bank waits for the authorization hold to expire before the cancellation is reflected on your statement.
Well, my bank says it is impossible to take a refund in 40 days, he says it takes only 6-7 days. And said “there’s no waiting cancellation for any payment”. With that way, your words are becoming bunch of emptiness, as they said “there’s no turning money for this payment”

You’re confused between “authorization” and “payment”. When the authorization is issued, no funds (money) left your bank account. It just means your bank (via card) ensures you have the funds to pay.
Gameflip system always requests “authorization” first, and if it needs more information (4 digit code in this case), the authorization sticks around until you respond. If cancelled, the authorization is removed. Since no money left your bank (only authorization, no payment), there’s no refund!
You can easily verify this by looking at your bank statement to see if any money had been paid to Gameflip! If you don’t see it, you shouldn’t expect any refund.

Let me share with you my PAID amount of 6.48 dollars with my bank statement jpeg if u want?? Let me express myself again, my 6.48 dollars are GONE after my purchase, and the website said “enter your 4 digit code, it’s written in your bank account (RIGHT AT THE BILLING PAGE OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WHERE MY 6.48 DOLLARS ARE TAKEN)” , well there was NO 4 digit code. Website then cancelled my payment as i didn’t entered the 4 digit code. But the problem started right there aswell, MY MONEY STILL DIDN’T CAME BACK AFTER THAT 4 DIGIT CODE IS NOT ENTERED.
