This buyer refuse to complete order after already redeemed the code into his fortnite account as I already told him this code can only via PC and Mobile only… He’s playing fortnite at PS4. I told him PS4 don’t have vbucks… He need to login via PC or Mobile in order to use vbucks. Now he opened dispute after Redeemed the code into his fortnite account. I told him Product/Code once sell/sent is not exchanged and refunded… He insisted to get refund. I already gv him 24hours to cancel dispute yet he still ignored. Kindly check and let me ASAP. Thank you

You have to wait for the Dispute Team to verify the case.
Just one doubt, if the user redeemed the code on the PS4, the code worked and they should have received the 1000 Vbucks too right?
I play Fortnite on the PS4 now and then and there is Vbucks on the PS4. Don’t understand why you are informing the buyer that there is no Vbucks on the PS4.

for some keys i do believe if u redeem it on xbox u will only see the v-bucks trow xbox, from this case i do think he need to be on pc or phone to see the v-bucks

Hi @DarkKnight this LlamaGalaxy Spray Bundle code come with 1k Vbucks. For this code you need to redeem the code via PC and Mobile only. He already gt the LlamaGalaxy and only need to use vbucks via PC and Mobile only. Had tried multiple times. Many buyers(PS4) always asked regarding this matter after login via PC and Mobile they will see the total vbucks amount this is a common issue and I’d already informed the buyer to use at PC and Mobile only and he already said (Yes) b4 sent out the code to him. You need to login via PC or Mobile to be able to use the vbucks. You can’t see the 1k vbuck inside PS4… Hope this clarify your curiosity and congrats @DarkKnight for gaining more experience on this issue

Seriously Gameflip… Why never checked with seller regarding whats happening already rules out its seller fault and already Cancelled my listing and refund back money to buyer??? OMG… Ain’t Gameflip should check with Seller and Buyer first before making any decision???
Now the buyer already gt his LlamaGalaxy Spray into his account and gt his money refund back… He gt free LlamaGalaxy from me (Santa)

Now this buyer is using my LlamaGalaxy Spray Bundle money that Gameflip cancelled my listing transaction money without asking Seller proofs and let the buyer won the dispute… He is using this money to purchase my Spotify Gift Card code… ’ SHOWOFF ’ he is winning the case and gt my LlamaGalaxy Spray Bundle in his account and the other hand he is using my own money to buy my own product… Seriously Gameflip… Really very disappointed with how your support team handle the dispute issue… Without asking Seller prove already judge buyer won the case… We Seller really don’t have any Guarantees on this side(Gameflip) Buyer is definitely 100% right without asking seller side for proof… If this is real Justice Court there will be alots of innocent life… Really will consider to move to other side… This is not the first time it happened . Seller in Gameflip is kinda like Santa Clause

i’m also encountered a disputed at last night from a buyer who claimed he dont get his ‘Mint Axe’ rewards in xbox/pc right after he had redeemed in his Epicgames. Since it’s very rare case to Merrymint problem I really had help him & assisted his problem best try option is to put forward into Epicgames ticket-support for his account activations before any other doubt. but he declined that solution & insisted me for a new code as I delivered him an invalid keycode. However luckily i have a videoclip evidence of my redeemable product right a secs after he’s purchased. I dont sure why he told i’m the scammer while he’s not. Hopefully we can really settle to better support option & gameflip to improve the delivery system. I’d submitted the ticket My profile code: 774FPS ^^

We should never be afraid to ask questions. It is always good to understand a situation.
Now, after looking over this case, I can see that you do not have this issue explained or listed anywhere. You have to advise the buyer that it should not be redeemed on the PS4, since they are not going to receive the Vbucks, before they purchase your code.
Since this was not explained before and there is no restriction to the listing, the refund was given to the buyer.

KINDLY check the screenshot as attached. I already explained to the buyer this code only can be redeem via PC and Mobile only
before send out the code to the buyer. Check the highlighted he already say (Yes) as knowledge and BTW he also claimed he already gt the LlamaGalaxy Spray. We as a Seller pay service fee % for every transaction… Is this the service we gt from Gameflip? WITHOUT asking Seller before making decisions? Now I do AGREE other seller complaints Gameflip always side at buyer side. Seller for every 10 cases out of 9 loses thats for sure.

Anyway, you did not follow the description listing rules.
These type of issues have to be explained to the buyer before they purchase your listing. As a seller, you have the obligation of adding the restriction to the listing and explaining the issue on the description of the item.
If you know this is a problem, why not explaining on your listing?
In this case, you lost the dispute for not adding the restriction to your listing. Other sellers have other reasons for losing disputes.
Next time, please add the issue and restriction to your listing.
