Tickets/Reports more than 10 days old still not received respond/cooperation

Hello there,

Im starting to think what are person have do to receive cooperation those days. Respond time policy were stated 1-72 hours, and now were changed to 1-96 hours (1 to 4 days). Followed tickets are ~10+ days old (240+ hours) and there is still no cooperation/respond on them at all:

Hope for final cooperation and review from ‘‘support agent’’ in next ~24 hours.
