where is the support?

I have sent several messages by the website support since more than 2 days ago and nobody replied anything

For the verification process when placing an order . my orders were cancelled and I lost the chance of getting gift cards a really good discount… I am so disappointed those sellers cancelled my orders because They waited and my orders were put in hold… Please I request a moderator to help me and respond my ticket in order to accelerate the process of verification I need to be sure before placing another order and get order cancelled again…

Seller cannot cancel the order(on hold), verification process is now delayed because of the holidays and support will get on work soon.

You can contact someone from moderators group. Send them the ticket number and they will check it for you. Don’t worry about discount there will be more soon even better ones :slight_smile: Don’t give up now.
