Where's the support?

I’ve made a ticket and gameflip replied to it a long time ago. They said to show them proof, blah blah blah and the buyer has 4 days to prove that the item i sold is not working… It’s been like 7 days and nothing has happened. The listed item is still on hold, my buyer won’t talk to me, and gameflip won’t respond either… This is getting annoying… My stupid buyer didn’t read my stupid listing properly and didn’t understand that CA gift cards don’t work for US accounts… I’ve specifically stated this in my listing…

The support abandom this site. A long time support dosent appear here and not response anywhere.
