Why my account is suspended? :/ No idea...

I didn’t do anything wrong but it says my account is suspended. I am new on gameflip but I made more than 25 sales in 2 weeks and I have 52 good 0 Neutral 0 Poor ratings. Please let me know what I did wrong? I hope I can get my account back because I really want to keep selling and buying stuff on gameflip.

Thats crazy gameflip is really not doing good these past month been banning ppl from left to right they also suspended me
