It could be that your information on the ID you have provided aren’t the same in your settings. To change your details in Gameflip, go to Settings > Address. Change so they are the same details as on the ID.
ID does not have any address
The identifier is only a personal identity
No relationship between ID and address
What ID did you use? Driver’s License, SSC or other.
government issued identity document
