The other problem I am having is the automatic negative rating I received after a buyer cancelled the transaction. I tried many times to find a time we could trade, but he was always busy. Then one day he cancelled it, but apologized and immediately made the purchase again. I no longer have access to our private messages from the order, but if you can access them, you can confirm that everything I am saying is true. I have a good reputation and would never do anything to jeopardize it. Hopefully you can help me remove the unjust rating. Thank you for your time!

I bought the codes from this guy named “Trippie” today and he sent me an invalid code that was refunded after I rated him. I purchased the code from him for $20USD. He has made multiple sales to a lot of people that I have contacted today and he is STILL CURRENTLY SELLING to other players. Please initiate a refund if possible? :frowning:

@op_JOkEr @David_Shu My ticket # 116983 and the screen shot… Apprently Trippie uses multiple accounts and gifts all his codes. I gave him a neutral rating and he disabled the gift I am assuming.

Anyone knows this guy ? It’s not a scammer but has bought from me some gift cards and put them back with 20% more.
I withdraw my money on saturdays and sundays, I don’t have time for him to sell them back on gameflip and I think people shouldn’t do that.

This guy is scammer, but I want to say something. how gameflip let those scammer make a full page lists for scamming people.This is a serious loophole. This is not just happened once, there are people who scam for making lists everyday. I hope gameflip can pay attention to those problem. Maybe set some limits for posting list, for example new seller only can post one everyday. after how many successful transaction you have done, then you can increase you amount of post. For sure, this is only my ideas. maybe some others way also can prevent scam happened. Just hope Gameflip can focus on those problem.

We have a feature that will be active before the end of this week which should help stop these users without compromising the legitimate sellers. But we won’t stop there, we’re working on more things for the near future too.
