An user tries to cheat me

Hello! I sell e-codes amazon.co.uk, and recently a user has tried to cheat me. What I can do? I have a good rating, because I am serious with the e-codes that I sell. Now, this user has bought 3 of these e-codes from me, and he told me that they were already redeemed, but this is impossible, since these e-codes were just obtained by me through incentive pages.

Please, I need help. I think this is a great site, but users like that discourage me.

First of all talk with Amazon Support about the codes and take screenshots of all the conversation with them and then send them to Gameflip support explaining the problem. That might speed up your report
