Unable to login to account. Again

So I bought a $100 amazon code from a seller. Seller sent me multiple codes that didn’t work even though he claims they are “store” bought which is obviously lies. He finally send a $50 one that works. He send a a second and it doesn’t. He starts getting mad at me so I open a dispute and I show all information to the rep. Which btw the rudest and worst rep I’ve chatter with. Days later the rep decided in sellers favor after showing all proof they asked for. Soon as the transaction is closed I get a notification that the seller sent me a message. I tap to open it and surprise I’m logged out and probably banned. This is the 2nd time I’m banned. First time Gameflip made a mistake, and now I don’t even know why. I have a long history selling and buying items. The seller has a long history of lies and his reviews show it. Any help? Again.

Also avoid “Marky Gift Card” seller knows he’s selling stolen/illegally obtained codes not store bought like he claims. Store bought ones start different that e-gift ones. Which BTW the $50 that did work are now on hold in my balance. I showed the rep that too

Hey, sorry to hear that with what gameflip team member did you speak? I spoke one time to a girl/woman and she is the worst who works for gameflip but i dont remember her name.

Yes i know her too. She is also very rude and unfriendly but the one i meant had a very weird name. Unfortunately they dont go after rules. One time they give it to the seller one time to the buyer there is absolutely no rule they follow. Usually what they did with me, since i sold amazon as well was , the asked me for all my invoices. So probably i assume your seller could proof all that which made them give it to him.

I don’t remember my invite code and I can’t get it since I’m pretty sure that support lady banned me too. But I’ll send you a message with email and number that is/was tied to the account

Update: amazon has now closed/banned my 4 year old amazon account which I had paid for 1 year of 2 months ago Because the code was obtained illegally. At this point I’m considering filing a dispute with my bank.

Still waiting. I’m out basically $200. 120 I just pay 2 months ago for 1 year of prime and the money I paid the seller for the giftcard. This is getting really frustrating
