I’ll keep it simple and short… people buy from me and don’t respond for days I want to cancel their purchase how many cancellations can I make before I receive an automatic negative feedback from the system
Go ahead and cancel the orders if buyers are unresponsive. If you get a negative feedback you can ask support to remove it by giving the order ID. They should be able to see the exchange messages that you tried to contact the buyer and the buyer was unresponsive.

Yea, if you have gotten a negative feedback from them not responding thus cancelling the order, as long as you give a moderator your order I.D, when they see why it was cancelled, they will easily remove the feedback.
