Dispute, how long does it take

So there is a dispute a buyer opened, I have provided proof that the code was redeemed, even an email reply from Disney stating it was redeemed the same day of purchase. How long does a decision take?

Also, I have emailed Gameflip Support, but never get a response? I thought it stated being a club member, should get a response in about 24 hours?

It won’t be easy as what you read in the description. You will finally get a support to declare whether you win the dispute or not 3-5 days after the dispute counts down over, that was my experience
