Dispute vs Escalate

I recently made a purchase on Gameflip. I bought a digital code that didn’t work. So I put the transaction on hold and opened a dispute. I sent it in to Gameflip, along with photographic evidence.

My question, do I need to escalate the process or leave it be? I noticed the option to escalate and let gameflip decide. So is just opening the dispute and sending in photo proof enough or do I need to do more?
