New buyers are unaware that sellers will message them through the listing and messages are always missed.
we need to send the buyer an email when the seller messages them about the purchase. "Seller XYC has sent you a message about . . . . . " click here to view the message type of email.
Buyer already receives a PUSH notification (if enabled) when the seller sends a message. Email is far less reliable, and many probably don’t even verify their email address.
If the buyer doesn’t opt in or check their purchase to respond, they probably don’t care about their purchase
