False report of spamming

I had recived a message from gameflip that a they recive reports says that I spamming listing or comments, but this report is fake. I always post many different items for sell but I dont repeat listing of sames items in same days, but some others sellers that do exact it, false accused me to spam listing. If I sell different items I dont do span. The acusation is fake. How I can do that resolve it?
