I’m new here on Gameflip. I recently bought some PUBG skins, the seller asked me to rate to send the code so i did, he marked the order as shipped after that. Any thoughts?
Yes, you were scammed. Never rate the seller until you get the item.

Looking back into it, it reaaaaally looks like a freaking fake account, dumb me, welp.
Also, you can’t buy/sell PUBG skins at the minute unless it’s through the Steam Store or directly from PUBG.
PUBG have banned inter-user trades. I believe this was to be temporarily whilst they review the situation but its been months now.
