I having problems with the buyer. I sold my ps4 Wednesday and it was delivered to the buyer on friday and it was confirmed by FedEx. But the buyer won’t confirm the transaction, and I tired messaging him but he won’t respond back. But today he put the item on hold for review, and I message him today and he still did not respond to my new message either. I feel like I’m getting scammed for my ps4. So what can I do to speed up this process, and if I do get scammed, how do I get my money back
Write to support, but remember. They dont work at weekend, you have to wait.
