Hi Gameflip, I purchased a $20 Amazon Gift Card Code earlier from a seller and thought I redeemed it, but I had only checked the balance. Later after checking my Amazon account and realizing I didn’t redeem it, I immediately tried to redeem the gift card code I purchased. However, when I tried to redeem the code, it said that it was already redeemed on another account. This seller sold me a code and then used it him/herself. Here are screenshots. Please let me know what else I have to provide. I have already submitted a ticket and contact Amazon to look into where and when this code was used.
