Help me fix this

Okay so I am stuck I have someone that will not deliver or cancel and I can’t do anything. What should I do?
I’ve made multiple reports
I’ve commented on his posts
I’ve taken screen shots of him calling me “heavy” not complaining just need this to be taken care of
Help me please

You never opened dispute? If you never did that, it auto completed… You will need to submit a ticket at the link I provided below, they do occasionally have a live chat, so that may be helpful too. Ensure you provide the order id so that they can investigate.
