Hi, I recently sold an item and the buyer decided to open a fake dispute im guessing they’re trying to get a free refund I’ve tried to reach out to them but yet to receive a respond, I’ve sent ss proof about me sending the item to the buyer once the 4 days are over will they get a free refund? Please let me know because I already sent the item.

As long you have undeniable proof and have tried contacted the buyer to try to settle it, then that shouldn’t happen. If buyer didn’t escalate dispute and days are over, the transaction will be completed. If buyer escalated dispute, then just provide the proof again on the side to gameflip side. All the information here about disputes.

But just to be sure, it is always good to submit a ticket to support as well regarding the order.
