I was scammed and still have not heard back from Gameflip support in 5 days

Hello. I was using the Gameflip app and bought an item called Heatwave on Rocket League for $25 about 5 days ago. The seller proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to give me the item and marked it as shipped anyway. I was wondering if there is anyway to speed up the process to receive my $25 dollars back. Thanks
