Withdrawing funds in a suspended account

Hello im wondering if there is a way to only allow me to withdraw my funds on my suspended account. Im not looking to be able to fully use it to buy stuff and sell stuff again, i would only like to withdraw my $76 out of the account and then it may be suspended again after all funds are out.

Hey so i did mentiom the credit fraud stuff, but even though the fraud was filed, nothing was refunded, everything was payed because the card owner bought everything, so i deserve the right of my account with invtie code CXEWVM to withdraw my selling funds
