Person stopped messaging me!

Bought a Starbucks Card and when I entered the code it said it’s link to an other account I reported it and all he did was post a screen shot that it has money on the card but since it’s linked to an account I can not use or transfer the funds to my Starbucks account! I have escalated the purchase but I want to make sure that everyone that is not aware that if you can not transfer a Starbucks card to your own account it should be reported and only use the Starbucks app and your own card to transfer funds cause if not they can steal from you!
