Yup, I purchased from them and they want me to provide positive rating first, then they will send code… SCAM. I’m waiting to see how my first GameFlip dispute goes. Unfortunately at this time at least 4 people have completed the transaction and gave positive reviews.

I’m ashamed of these people, especially when I see familiar words from my language (prodaja).
I hope he’ll loose everything and that nobody will be cheated in the end! Guys like him are hurting every one of us by turning people away from Gameflip.
What a stupid guy he payed for fees to rate himself thinking he will run away with the money. and now he will lose everything.
I have banned this seller this morning.

How would he lost everything? He might got ban but he probably withdraw the money already thus who of us got scammed cannot get money back. Gameflip might need to disable seller ability to block buyer message. The way i see it, that is the exact reason he can get so many sales. He block the buyer so buyer cannot even warn other about it and it continued for hours.
He cannot withdraw the money before 3 days. when a seller sell an item it stays in his wallet as pending for 3 days.
Is there a chance I can get my credit back? I contracted normal support on the night of the scam but I got the canned respond. :
After looking into this we see that this sale has been completed by either you clicking “Complete Transaction” or the three-day autocomplete timer expiring.
As stated in our instructions, Guidelines, and FAQ, clicking “Complete Transaction” finalizes the sale and transfers the funds to the seller which makes refunding you directly from the seller not possible .
If you experience any issues with a purchase, please place the transaction under review by selecting “I have an issue with my item”. This is located underneath the “I have received the item” button. This will stop the three-day automatic Complete Transaction countdown and let us work towards a resolution.
How did a scammer account get such high rating in the first place?
he was using a smurf account to purchase his own postings and giving himself positive ratings
same i got the same thing back which kinda sucks
I wish a mod can clarify what will happen. Either give us hope there could be a refund or give us despair that the money is gone.

Im kinda new to this site and I got really hyped when I saw red dead 2 at $30, but then i was super skeptical after seeing the reviews and that they barely made their account yesterday. Then I saw the accounts of the “other people” who posted similarly the past few days have had their accounts removed/dissapeared.
We have been tracking these scammers and banning them as soon as possible.
While we can’t predict when someone will scam, we can warn the buyers to not complete the transaction before receiving the product.
If you follow the site instructions and dispute if anything feels wrong, we will be able to refund in cases like this.
