I need someone from the team to finally look into this fraudster. He bought a Disney code from me for $500 (NEVER was ANY Disney code of mine disputed) to then say after he transferred the funds to a new card the new card stopped working. After I told him I will follow up with Disney and have them investigate he asked me for 24h to see if he can solve it with them. After 24h he asked again for 24h for the IT team to maybe to look into it, he does it in hope the Gameflip staff solves the dispute in his favor so he is trying to win as much time as possible. He also disputed it a few hours before it was supposed to be confirmed while the screenshot he provided showed that he moved the balance 4 days before opening the dispute.
Once I got him into a corner he couldn’t get out of anywhere did he completely stop to respond because he knows there is no excuse he can provide. I said if the new card to which you transferred the balance is no working you can just provide it to me to verify it really has still the $500 on it and I can take care of it and cancel the transaction.
Such users harm legit sellers like me. I stopped listing new products for days now because I wont ever list anything on Gameflip anymore if he gets away with this scam because it’s so obvious if any of the things he claims are true it should take him no more than 2 minutes to provide me the new code since it’s worth 0 at the current moment to him.
