Sold item but buyer writes that I didnt informed him

Hi, please I need help, I sold this game codes:
I informed that its Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 PC(Samsung code)
and that redeem page is here:

but buyer wrote that I tricked him and I uninformed him.
He bought 9 of these Samsung game codes for reselling on G2A and some of them he already sold, but he was selling them as Uplay codes.
