Someone bought a 130 Trash cannon and told me that it wasn’t full dura even tho the discription never said it was, so I told him ok I’ll add 25 malachite and 15 shadowshard and I did that and he told me I never gave him the gun and he opened a dispute. I recorded most of it and probably have enough evadince that I gave him the weapon. What do I do. I didn’t record the part of me giving the weapon but I did of giving malachite and shadowshard and screenshots of him saying that it’s not full.
In the future make sure you record the entire transaction / interaction with the buyer. Can you give the Order ID of that sale?
