[Suggestion] Allow feedbacks for cancelled transactions

This is a suggestion especially for gift card transactions - currently if the transaction is cancelled, buyer can’t leave feedback for the seller. Unfortunately a lot of times, transactions are cancelled either because the gift card doesn’t work or seller was unable to deliver as promised. Not being able to leave feedbacks for such transactions can artificially inflate a seller’s rating, which impacts subsequent buyers’ experiences on Gameflip and the reputation of Gameflip as a whole.

Please consider allowing buyers to leave feedback when a transaction is cancelled. If you like perhaps you can count those feedbacks with lighter weight than those on completed transactions…

I vote for this, because I met a seller who canceld the transaction after trying to scam me multiple times. I couldn’t give him rating. Althougth at least lost no money in this case, It could be useful to know for other new customers.

If the seller tried to deceive you, then you can report this to the Gameflip support service.

it looks like you can only give ratings for transactions that are 30 days in the past
