The app will not let me cancel an order that I bought weeks ago, and the seller hasn’t shipped. I’ve made a Support Ticket yet I can’t get a response. I just want my money back please.
Wow, I’m sorry to hear you’ve encountered such a problem with the app. Support staff check these forums regularly so hopefully someone will get back to you pretty quickly.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I know the development team has been rolling out updates every week since the initial app launch. It’s possible if the cancel purchase feature didn’t work, the support ticket feature may not have submitted a ticket either.
