Opened a ticket Apr 18th, no response from support. What happened to gameflip guarantee? Seller did a chargeback causing my SB rewards account to be blocked and losing all my giftcard money on it. Confirmed GC numbers with SB customer service.
Got a response as soon as I posted in forums and was promised an update in 2 days… that was 5 days ago and no update. Case keeps getting dragged, one of seller in question even sold a code 2 days ago.
