Transaction Wrongly Cancelled/Refunded


I woke up to a confusing notification and email this morning.

Your support team recently cancelled a listing I had sold in error. (The sale of “A Haunted House iTunes - Instant Delivery!” has been canceled by Gameflip. If you had received any proceeds from this sale, the funds have been reversed.)

I’m not sure which support member looked into this, but I’m extremely confused how the buyer was deserving of a refund? The buyer admits they did not read the listing title, description, or restrictions (all of which state iTunes) and do not use iTunes. The buyer was provided with an accurately described working code. Could I please receive some sort of credit for this error?


(Additionally here are two other completed transactions with same item and listing that sold successfully. If you go to the Movies section on this site or any other digital movie site you’ll see my listing matches the standard formats.
