Unfair buyer, dispute

I am writing this topic to report the unfair buyer, who has a negative attitude and is trying to scam vendors.
The user has bought 5 USD xbox code from me once and was claiming that the code is defective.
After some time he changed he mind and completed to order.
Now I have a new problem with the same user. The user is claiming again that the provided code is defective.
Today the user has left a negative review for the first order with the comment that the code did not work, which is kinda awkward… The order took a place 2 weeks ago and now there is negative review when the buyer indeed changed his mind and wrote that the code in the end is valid and he was able to use it.
All necessary proofs has already been provided in the new dispute for the latest order.
I believe that the buyer’s behavior is unfair and in this way he tries to get some gift codes for “free”.
You assistance would be highly appreciated in solving the dispute.
Also I need your assistance in solving the problem with the negative review from the buyer for no reason.
As you can see I am doing my business on your platform for a while already and my reputation is very important for me.
