Unfair Feedback About My Sale

I sold an item about 15 days ago and delivered the item within 3 minutes. During the exchange, the buyer said to me, “Can I ask you a question?” I said to him “I’m not really available right now, can you write me on Gameflip” ( The reason I say this is another buyer has been waiting for me for 10 minutes I didn’t want to make him wait any longer " the buyer didn’t give me any reply and the swap is over.

just two minutes later i messaged the recipient on Gameflip ( i will add this attachments ) I said "sorry I wasn’t available, how can I help you?"what do i see while waiting for an answer he gave me ‘neutral’

just wrote that " Kinda of rushed me, Didn’t look at comments cause I wanted to make a bundle but ended up buying it before someone else bought it " ,this is absolutely slander, I asked him to write on Gameflip that I was not available on the trade screen and I texted him two minutes later.

I wrote the buyer and said “why did you do this” and he wrote me exactly this " I did what i did, I did what i wanted to, Stop spamming my dms, im blocking " ( i will add this attachments )

I opened a ticket and the response I got " After looking into this report we have identified that this comment/rating reflects this user’s experience with the trade. Unfortunately, that is something we cannot change. "

I want to give an example, for example, I go to the market, I immediately enter Gameflip and make my status offline, I return home, I immediately make my status online, the reason is that if someone buys from me, I don’t want to make them wait because I never want to get negative comments. The last thing I do every night before I go to sleep is to check if I’m offline on Gameflip because I don’t want to make anyone wait.

Look, the point I am angry about is that if I insult the buyer as a seller or if I deliver the order late, of course, he can give me neutral, but if I give it on time and politely say that I am not available, and if I send a message 2 minutes later and say “how can I help”, it means I have fulfilled my duty.

Finally, Gameflip is a serious business and I have more than 3000 successful sales, no one can enter the profile as they want and give unfair points.Thank you for everything!
