Hello,
so this is my first time i withdraw my money using WISE to my bank account, i withdrew 30.68 USD , but actually received 27.39 USD and my bank told me since the sender choose that the receiver pays the fee, they deducted from the 27.39 USD a fee of 5.84 USD.
so i actually received 21.55 USD (usable money) and i lost 9.13 USD down the drain.
(5.84 USD my bank fee) (3.29 USD from wise)
Gameflip support helped me, unfortunately i know its out of your control and hands, but i learned my lesson now not to pick wise for USD to USD transfers (Directly to your bank account)
